No. It works only within the permissions of the signed-in user. An operations manager sees schedules, clients and stock; payroll and company financials stay hidden unless their role grants access. The assistant cannot return anything a user could not open manually in the interface.

No. It prepares recommendations, drafts and proposed actions, and every change requires confirmation by a user. Critical operations are written to the audit log with the name of the person who approved them.

No. Data sent to AI providers is not used to train their public models, and it is covered by the data processing agreement we sign with you.

Your services, price rules, checklists, site instructions and internal policies. We set this context up during implementation, so the assistant answers in your terminology from day one.

Business includes the basic assistant, Professional adds extended context and forecasting, Enterprise allows custom scenarios. Start does not include it.

It answers in the language of the user interface and can draft client messages in the client's own language, which may be different.
