Cleaning companies differ in team size, branches, sites, warehouses and internal processes, so we do not offer one fixed configuration for everyone. After the quiz a specialist defines the required features and prepares a proposal without modules you will not use.

HOW PURCHASING WORKS

How purchasing works

NOVATRADE SOLUTIONS is sold through a sales-assisted business-to-business process. This website has no checkout, no card form and no self-service ordering.

    Review the Start, Business, Professional and Enterprise options and identify the plan that best matches your operation.

    You can also indicate any eligible paid add-ons you would like to include.

    Discuss your requirements

    A NOVATRADE representative will review your requirements, selected plan, requested add-ons and any implementation or configuration needs.

  3. 03

    Confirm the commercial terms

    The applicable plan, service scope, selected add-ons, payment terms and other relevant commercial terms are confirmed in a proposal, Order Form or other applicable commercial documentation.

  4. 04

    Receive your invoice or payment instructions

    After the applicable commercial terms have been agreed, NOVATRADE provides the relevant invoice or payment instructions.

    Where applicable, payment instructions may include an individual payment link provided through an independent payment service provider.

  5. 05

    Complete the agreed payment

    Before completing payment, verify that the invoice or payment request corresponds to the plan, amount, currency and commercial terms agreed with NOVATRADE.

  6. 06

    Account setup and onboarding

    After the applicable order and payment conditions are completed, NOVATRADE begins the agreed account setup, configuration, onboarding or implementation process.

Selecting a plan, requesting pricing, requesting a demonstration or selecting an add-on on this website does not by itself create a payment obligation.

PAYMENT

Payment after commercial agreement

NOVATRADE does not operate a public self-service checkout for standard sales.

For sales completed with the assistance of a NOVATRADE representative, payment instructions may be provided individually after the commercial terms have been agreed.

Depending on the applicable order, this may include a secure payment link provided through an independent payment service provider.

The public plan price does not by itself authorize automatic recurring charges. The applicable service term, continuation arrangements and payment terms are determined by the commercial documentation agreed between NOVATRADE and the Customer.

Yes, where the functionality is available as an eligible paid add-on for your selected plan. Add-on availability and pricing are confirmed in your commercial proposal.

For eligible functionality, yes. Selected NOVATRADE modules may be added as paid add-ons when they are not included in your base plan. Availability and pricing depend on the selected plan and are confirmed in your proposal. Some functionality may require a different plan because of technical or product dependencies.

No. Selecting a plan, requesting a demonstration, requesting pricing or selecting an add-on is part of the sales process and does not by itself create a payment obligation. The applicable commercial terms are confirmed before a paid order is completed.

No. A payment link for a one-time payment does not by itself authorize future recurring payments. Recurring billing applies only where it is expressly included in the agreed commercial terms and the required recurring-payment authorization has been provided.

Add-ons are designed for Customers who need selected functionality without changing their entire plan. If you need several features already included in a higher plan, upgrading may provide better overall value.
